Delivery & Returns
www.snuglittletots.co.uk aims to process all orders within 24hrs of receiving payment. For all processed orders, a delivery will then be made via 48 hour courier service. www.snuglittletots.co.uk accepts no responsibility for goods not being signed for at point of delivery. We therefore suggest that you provide a delivery address that will have someone there to sign for it between 8am and 6pm. If there is no one to sign for the delivery one further attempt will be made, after that there may be a charge of £15 to redeliver.
All orders are shipped from the UK and relevant shipping charges are £3.95 for all UK mainland addresses, £6.99 for Southern Ireland, £11.95 for Europe and £17.99 for the Rest of the World. These are accepted accepted once an order is made.
All payments are verified against the address in which the debit/credit card is registered to. All orders are dispatched to the address provided in the optional address delivery field. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct at time of order
If your chosen products are in stock your order will be processed. We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products plus any shipping charges from your nominated payment method
Should you not receive your chosen products within 10 days of despatch please contact us to let us know by email. (For non UK mainland orders please allow up to 25 days). You will then be given the choice of:
a) Cancelling your order whereupon we will refund the full price you paid, or
b) After a further waiting period as agreed by us, we will despatch a replacement order provided the goods remain in stock. If no stock is available, we will cancel and refund the order.
If the goods should turn up after the order has been cancelled and refunded or a duplicate order delivered, you must contact us to arrange payment for the duplicate items or to arrange return of the goods

We hope that you will be as pleased with your order but we understand that sometimes you will want to send something back. All items can be refunded within 7 days of placing the order for any reason. How to Return or Exchange
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Snug Little Tots at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge if the original items was faulty. You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 15 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Terms and Conditions on Returns
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Snug Little Tots will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to Snug Little Tots in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
